OVERVIEW OF OUR PRODUCTS

EPOS

Single-User – This is the core of the Abacus system comprising of fully integrated Epos software, a small footprints Epos terminal including a receipt printer, customer display pod, cash drawer and bar code reader.  In addition to this a report printer, bar code printer, zip drive for daily back-ups and on site training is provided.  This entry-level system is capable of being upgraded to a multi user system as your business grows.

Multi-User – Larger, busier shops will require additional terminals to cope with a higher level of transactions and may require specific PC’s in their back office and/or workshop for booking in jobs and stock.  To do this a network is required so that all terminals can share information.

Multi-Location – We offer and support various means of inter store communications from a daily updating system to utilising the latest broadband technology in providing high speed real time linked systems.

WEBSITE

The Abacus web solution combines the ability to maintain a single database for both Epos and website. This technology allows users to easily and quickly update and alter products through Abacus which can be simply uploaded to their website. On line shopping, secure ordering, real time stock levels and 2 way transactions are additional features to ensure that users websites become profit centres for their business.
