At
first we found the world of Epos
very confusing and hard to
understand but after a few months of
looking at different systems, Abacus
came to see us and gave us a
no nonsense upfront demo which we
managed to get our head round.
We
ordered the system soon afterwards
and must say had a bit of a
shaky start, but after a few phone
calls to the team [thanks guys] we
are now flying along with it. The
more you use it the more great
information it gives back.
The
features like the mail shot database
and text service enable us to
keep in touch with our customers at
very low cost, having records of
what we have sold and when enable us
to control our stock at certain
times if the year.
We don`t know how we
managed without it. Having other
Abacus users you can contact from
time to time in the forum is really
useful too.
We
cant recommend Abacus enough, have
them pop in and see you.
